Coffee Cocktail Recipes to Celebrate National Coffee Day
National Coffee Day is Sunday, September 29. With coffee ranking in second for daily consumed beverages according to Datassential's 2024 Coffee Trends Report, the beverage continues to reign supreme.
For types of coffee consumed away from home, Datassential's report found that Nitro coffee is growing, with 21% of consumers ordering it, up 2% over the last four years. Iced specialty coffee also ranks high in coffee ordered away from home at 29%, although the category has declined 2% in the last four years.
Coffee cocktails also continue to trend led by espresso martinis, with 25% of people choosing to sip on the cocktail, a 79% increase from 2022, according to a report from Drive Research.
