Edible Philly: Flavors of Fall with Claire Trindle
Claire Trindle is Philadelphia’s first certified pommelier. She’s basically a sommelier for cider, credentialed by the American Cider Association. Through her business, Blind Bear Beverages, she leads flavor-curious folks through fermented drinks and spot-on pairings.
